Air Cooled Heat Exchanger

      Air cooled heat exchanger (hereinafter referred to as air cooler) is a heat exchange equipment that takes ambient air as the cooling medium and the fan forces the air to cross the finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid in the tube. The air cooler unit is composed of three basic parts: finned tube bundle, fan and frame, and auxiliary parts such as shutter, maintenance platform and ladder. The use of natural air as cooling medium saves valuable water resources, reduces the discharge of industrial sewage and protects the natural environment.
 
      Advantages of air cooler:

      Application area
      Application: chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, building materials, polysilicon, polyvinyl chloride, ethylene glycol, exhaust steam, polysilicon, methanol and other industries.       The air cooler consists of the following basic components:
      1. One or more tube bundles: the tube bundle is composed of finned tube, tube box, connecting pipe flange and frame. The connection between finned tube and tube box includes expansion joint, welding, expansion welding combination and so on.
      2. One or several fans: the air cooler fan adopts air propeller axial flow fan, which has the characteristics of large flow, low pressure head and low noise. The fan is composed of blade, hub, frame, air duct, driving motor and transmission device.
      3. Frame: the frame is used to support the tube bundle and connect the fan. The frame is composed of columns, beams and bellows.
      4. Accessories: such as shutter, sprinkler, platform, ladder, steam coil, etc. Several or one of the attachments can be set as required.
