HBT series mixed-flow closed circuit cooling tower

      The main components of the mixed flow closed circuit cooling tower include: upper and lower boxes, panels, spray water devices, cooling coils, filler heat exchange layer, water remover, bottom water tank, axial flow fan, circulating water pump and electronic water treatment instrument. During operation, high temperature water enters the cooling coil from the upper header and flows out from the lower header of the cooling coil after being cooled by the cooling water outside the coil. The cooling water is sent to the spray water device on the cooling coil by the circulating water pump, which is evenly distributed on the outer surface of the cooling coil to form a very thin water film. After the induced air of the axial fan, the air enters from the top of the coil and the side of the filler (so it is called mixed flow type). After the spray water and air absorb heat, the temperature rises, part of the water changes from liquid to steam, and the latent heat of evaporation takes away a lot of heat. The temperature of the circulating water in the cooling water collecting tank is reduced by the circulating water in the filler layer, and then enters the cooling water collecting tank. The water vapor evaporated into the air is supplemented by the water level regulating valve.
