Mixed-flow Evaporative condenser

        The main components of a mixed flow evaporative condenser include: upper and lower box bodies, spray devices, heat exchange pipes, packing heat exchange layers, water eliminators, water collection tanks, axial flow fans, and circulating water pumps. During operation, high-temperature refrigerant enters the heat exchange tube from the upper header, and the liquid condensed by the cooling water outside the heat exchange tube flows out from the lower header of the heat exchange tube. The cooling water is sent by the circulating water pump to the spray device above the heat exchange pipe, evenly distributed on the outer surface of the heat exchange pipe, forming a very thin water film. Through the induced air of the axial flow fan, air enters from the top of the heat exchange tube and the side of the packing (hence referred to as the mixed flow type). After the spray water and air absorb heat, the temperature increases, and some of the water changes from liquid to vapor, and the latent heat of evaporation carries away the heat. The water in the heat exchange layer of the filler is cooled by the air entering from the side, and the temperature drops to enter the collection tank. It is then sent by the circulating water pump to the spray water system for further circulation.
