HZT Series CLOSED CIRCUIT MIXED-FLOW EVAPORATIVE CONDENSER

      The main components of the mixed-flow evaporative condenser include: upper and lower boxes, panels, spray water devices, condensing coils, heat exchange layer, water remover, bottom water tank, axial fan, circulating water pump and electronic water treatment instrument. During operation, the high-temperature refrigerant steam enters the condensing coil from the upper header, and the liquid condensed by the cooling water outside the coil flows out of the lower header of the condensing coil. The cooling water is sent to the spray water device above the condensing coil by the circulating water pump, which is evenly distributed on the outer surface of the condensing coil to form a very thin water film. After the induced air of the axial fan, the air enters from the top of the coil and the side of the filler (so it is called mixed flow type). After the spray water and air absorb heat, the temperature rises, part of the water changes from liquid to steam, and the latent heat of evaporation takes away a lot of heat. The temperature of the circulating water is reduced in the filler layer, and then enters the water tank. The water vapor evaporated into the air is supplemented by the water level regulating valve.
