NZT Series CLOSED CIRCUIT COUNTER-FLOW EVAPORATIVE CONDENSER

      The main components of counter flow evaporative condenser include: upper and lower boxes, panels, spray water devices, condensing coils, water separators, bottom water tanks, axial flow fans, circulating water pumps and electronic water treatment instruments. During operation, the high-temperature refrigerant steam enters into the condensing coil from the upper header, and the  medium condensed by the cooling water outside the pipe and flows out from the lower header of the condensing coil. The cooling water is sent to the spray water device above the condensing coil by the circulating water pump, which is evenly distributed on the outer surface of the condensing coil to form a very thin water film. After the induced air of the axial fan, the air enters from the side of the lower part of the box (the direction of air flow is opposite to that of spray water, so it is called counter flow type). After the spray water and air absorb the heat of the coil, the temperature rises, and part of the water changes from liquid to steam. The latent heat of evaporation takes away a lot of heat, which is absorbed by the axial flow fan and discharged into the atmosphere. The water flowing through the coil is cooled by the air entering from the side, the temperature decreases and enters the water collecting tank, and then sent to the spray water system by the circulating water pump for continuous circulation. The water vapor evaporated into the air is supplemented by the water level regulating valve.
